It been a hard time for Light Capture Café by H.Ö.N and they’d closed the cafe todo internal improvement. They’re start to operate again yesterday and they deserve for the second chance, let’s see how well they’s improved and we will know as customer will speak again.
An open apology
This was a big mistake on my part and I’m sorry for it. But apologizing isn’t enough. I want to thank all of you who have written in and criticized publicly. Even though I wish I hadn’t made so many of you disappointed, I am glad we got to hear you.
It was overwhelming for the past few weeks since the opening of the Light Capture Café on 1st Oct ‘20. I admit that this is my first experience operating a B2C business in the F&B industry and this learning curve is indeed very steep. I really messed this one up, this is definitely not the standard of service we aim to provide.
We’ve spent the last few days assessing what’s been going on and prioritized on the necessities. My team accepted my apology and we are now better equipped to serve all our customers better.
Again, I would like to sincerely apologize for the manner in which we handled your complaint and this whole situation. We really appreciate your patience and understanding during this time.
