During Movement Control Orders (MCO), everyone is restricted to go out, avoid contacting with others. Offices and Companies closed their operation during this period, all employees remain at home, can not goto office. Government official announced that all employer have to pay all salary in full during this MCO. At this point, which means this is a long paid holiday for everyone.
Some people being instructed by company to work from home. Once listen to this work at home, everyone feel happy, exciting. Everyone have a dream, a dream to work at home, no need to go office everyday.
Their work from home definition:

Flexi working time (wake up late, start work late, end work early)
80% leisure time, 20% working time
Work in front of Television, Listen to music, play games
No working meeting, no conference call, no need report to boss

Sound like fun, sound like a great working style, everyone should loves it. In actual fact, it is not as what you imagine, what you think, not the same at all.
The actual situation is:

Prolong working hour (non-stop working)
Non stop messaging (Unlimited Whatsapp message, WeChat message)
No fix time for start work, lunch time, tea time and dismiss work
No Company Aircon, Internet, Phone (all used on your own expenses)
Non stop Zoom Meeting (due to can sit down and discuss)

Seemingly isn’t fun at all to work at home, please do not put this as your wishlist or thing todo list. You’ll regret if you’re still alive.
So, Boss, Please don’t ask us work from home, please do ever ask us to work at home anymore.
