Today is a busiest day for e-wallet operators – Grab, Boost, and Touch’n Go, they had experienced overwhelming response over the RM30 e-Tunai Rakyat initiative, creating heavy traffic on their mobile applications.
Finance Minister Lim Guan Eng said Government allocated RM450million for RM30 e-Tunai Rakyat Initiative.
Malaysians aged 18 years and above, with an annual income of less than RM100,000 qualify for the RM30 e-Tunai Rakyat Initiative.
About 15 million Malaysians are eligible to claim RM30 million from the government through one of three e-wallet operators – Grab, Boost, and Touch’n Go.
